The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national-level law exam administered by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs. Admission to the 5-year integrated BA. LL.B (Hons) programs, LL.M programs, and PhD programs are based on the scores or ranks obtained in this examination.
The AILET is primarily concerned with assessing candidates’ comprehension and reasoning abilities.
The AILET exam is of an hour and thirty minutes in offline mode and consists of 120 multiple-choice questions. The examination is conducted annually, usually toward the end of the year in December.
